- 250 gm – Besan
- 200 gm – sugar
- 2 tsp – green cardamom powder
- Melt ghee in a thick bottom pan. Pour in besan and roast on low flame. Stir continuously.
- Roast it until light golden colour. It will take 20-30 minutes.
- Then add sugar , green cardamom powder and keep stirring for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the flame and keep aside.
- Once its cool down enough to make laddoo. Then divide the mixture and shape them.
