July 17 (WTN) - Although the monsoon season is romantic and pleasant, it brings many diseases along with it. People often get sick in this season. In the rainy season, a little carelessness of eating habits can damage your complete health. If you take a little care about this, then you can keep yourself healthy and can enjoy this monsoon.
Take low fat diet
In the rain, there is access of air present in our body, due to the reason light and digestible food should be consumed. During this season there is a lot of moisture present in the atmosphere, due to which we don’t feel thirsty, but still we should drink enough water. Eat fruits by cutting them into small pieces instead of taking whole because in this season there is a chance of worms inside and by doing so you can also find if the fruit is rotten.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner should be like this
You should prefer the dishes like poha, upma, idli, dry toast or parathas with black tea in breakfast. Instead of eating fried eatables in lunch, have salad and chapati with daal (lentils) and veggies. Take chapati and veggies in dinner. Hot soups are quite beneficial in this season. Every night drink a glass of huldi mixed milk as it will help to keep your stomach and skin healthy. Seasonal fruits like water melon, sweet lime, melon etc. can give you the essential nutrients.
Avoid junk food
Many people love to eat hot pakodas, samosas and junk food during the rainy season. But if you are concerned about your health then it is good to stay away from these foods. It would also be better to avoid the eatables prepared from yogurt in this season.
In this season, plenty of mud and dirt gets accumulated on the roads. In such situations, street food items should be avoided.
