July 18 (WTN) - We all are aware with the fact that many people lack thirst in the monsoon so they avoid drinking water. It results in deficiency of water during this season. Have you ever thought that drinking less water can cause many health problems? This deficiency can also cause the health problem like cystitis and urinary tract infection in women.

Raindrops provide us much relief in monsoon after scorching summer whereas the atmospheric humidity affects our health and appetite. The study shows that the chances of occurrence of health problems due to lack of liquid present in our body are 8% greater in women as compared to men. Cystitis is nothing but the infection in urinary bladder. The lack of water absorbed by the body is the main reason why we don't feel thirsty in rainy season.
