1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained
1 pint (2 cups) nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 tsp coconut extract
Cut papaya in half; scoop out and discard seeds. Scoop flesh from skin into food processor bowl with metal blade.
Add pineapple with juice; process until smooth. Add frozen yogurt, orange juice and extract; process until smooth.
