Vrat Aloo Curry - Navratri Special
Cut the boiled potatoes in required pieces. keep aside.
Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and chopped green chilli. Cook for a minute.
Then add chopped tomatoes and saute. Cook tomatoes for 5 minutes on low flame.
Now add boiled potatoes and turn over high heat, till they look slightly fried.
Add water as per need. Add rock salt and cook for another 10 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with singhare ke poori.
