Sabudana Kheer

Ingredient:
50 gms Sabudana 
200 ml milk
10 gms raisins
50 ml sugar 
.025 gms green cardamom
20 ml milk maid (optional)

Method:
Soak the sago in water and keep aside overnight. Strain the water and cook the sago in milk till soft .add the condensed milk and allow to simmer for a few minutes. 

Heat the ghee and fry raisin till they turn golden brown. Add the dry fruits to the sago milk mixture.

Sprinkle with elaichi powder .mix well and remove from fire. Serve hot or cold.
