Tender coconut and pomegranate kheer

Ingredient:
1 litre milk full fat
100 gms dates, chopped
1 tender coconut, sliced
4 tbsps, pomegranate seeds
2-3 cardamom pods
Method:
Reduce milk to half along with the cardamom pods.
Add the chopped dates and simmer for a few minutes.
Check for sweetness and cook till the dates are mixed well with the milk.
Take it off the flame, once it cools a little.
Add half the sliced tender coconut and the pomegranate seeds. Put it in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled topped with the remaining slices of tender coconut and pomegranate seeds.
