Problems of common man to be redressed immediate and satisfactorily

Ajay Verma, Bhopal : Chief Minister takes stock of redressal of public complaints in Samadhan online Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that collector is representative of state government in district. Public problems should be redressed immediately and satisfactorily. All eligible persons should get benefit from schemes. There should be no irregularity in this regard. Strict action should be taken against those committing irregularities. He said that if problems reach to State Government level, it is clear that effective actions are not taken at district level. District officers would be held responsible in case of finding that. Chouhan was discussing with officers in Samadhan online today at Mantralaya. Chief Secretary BP Singh was present there. Chouhan said that it is not enough that problems to be received on Chief Minister Helpline are redressed. The intention is that all such problems should be redressed fully. Collectors should monitor it. He instructed officers that district and department-wise review of redressal of complaints received on Chief Minister Helpline should be put up so that their work can be assessed. Expressing a need of effective redressal of public complaints in revenue related cases, the Chief Minister said cases should be registered in all revenue courts. Revenue officers would sit three days in a week in courts for speedy disposal of the cases. Task to allot plots in residential area on patta would continue as a drive. Chief Minister Chouhan said that good governance is state governments priority. It is necessary to have dialogue with common people. Efforts would be made to solve the problems reviewing complaints in public hearing. Reiterating resolution to combat against corruption, he said that corrupt officers would be identified. Effective action would be taken to terminate them from the job. He said to take stern action against those who were found guilty in cases received through Chief Minister Helpline. He asked the chief secretary to get action taken report from districts. He instructed to award ten best officers redressing complaints received on Chief Minister Helpline on the Republic Day programme, satisfactorily. Twelve cases were redressed in the programme. The chief minister issued instructions not to deposit fund by any department of state government in Bank of Maharashtra for delay in giving grant sanctioned under Yuva Udyami Yojana. Grievances of Umesh Verma of Rewa district, Arun Tak of Neemuch, Rajkumar Gupta of Katni, Devendra Singh Paraste of Dindori, Ramjilal of Shivpuri, Smt Sushma Bai of Anooppur, Nageshwar of Ujjain, Satyavan Patel of Seoni, Tikaram Yadav, Santu Mehra, Smt Jaimniya Saket of Sidhi, Ram Kunwar Prajapati of Tikamgarh, Balbeer Singh Chouhan of Harda and Jairam Vishwakarma of Chhatarpur were redressed. Secretary to chief minister, Hariranjan Rao presented status report of redressal of public grievances to be received through Chief Minister Helpline. To be awarded on Republic Day for excellent work in Chief Minister Helpline Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan greeted and gave appreciation letter to ten officers of different districts and departments for redressing public complaints to be received on Chief Minister Helpline, with excellent public satisfaction. The officers would be awarded on Republic Day. Assistant engineer, urban adminsitration department, Sagar Neeraj Kesherwani, assistant engineer, public health engineering department, Dewas, SC Janoliya, deputy commissioner, cooperatives, Ujjain Manoj Jaiswal, junior engineer, energy department, MS Katara, junior supplies officer, Kannoj, Dewas, Hemant Mandaloi, district transport officer, Sehore Pramod Kapse, zonal officer, Municipal Corporation Indore, Sudhir Gopal Gulve, deputy director, animal husbandry department, Tikamgarh, Dr Vimal Tiwari, in-charge district organiser, tribal welfare, Shivpuri, Dheeraj Kumar Mishra and civil surgeon, Sagar, Dr Indraraj Singh Thakure would be awarded on Republic Day.
