Ingredients:
200 gm – besan
1 tsp - jeera,crushed
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
A pinch of hing
Salt to taste
Baking soda
Ghee/Oil
Water

Method:

In a bowl mix all ingredients together including oil or ghee and knead it well until a smooth dough.
Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and with the help of chakli maker, put the dough in it and make chaklis as many as you want.
Fry chaklis from both side. Fry until golden and crisp.
Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve as snacks
You can sprinkle pepper and chaat masala for more taste.
