Yoga and meditation sharpens the mind

May 15 (WTN) - To sharpen the mind, it is better to adopt meditation and yoga instead of crossword or more other ways. In one research, it has been found that meditation and pranayama make the brain intense sharp and help in concentration.

As per the information and study expert told that this research suggests that there is a strong link between pranayama and stability of mind. The results of this research have been recently published in 'Psychophysiology' magazine. In this, Neurophysiology relation between breathing and meditation has been defined.

 Research shows that breathing is a major element of meditation and brain exercise. It directly affects the level of natural chemical messenger in the brain, called "noradrenaline".

This chemical messenger is released at the time of challenge, anxiety, exercise, focus or emotionally stimulated, if it arises at the right level, it helps the brain to make new contacts. It works as a tonic for the brain.
