Reduce belly and thigh fat in very short period

June 09 (WTN) - Due to changing lifestyle and wrong eating habits, 7 out of 10 people are troubled with obesity problems. Most of which are troubled by the fat around the stomach, because it spoils their entire look.
To get rid of this problem people go for hard exercises in gym to diet plan but still the belly fat does not decreases. People also resort to surgery to reduce it, but with the help of this 'asana' you can reduce the belly fat or fat accumulated on your thighs.
During this 'asana', the posture of the body is like a boat (nauka), hence this asana is called ‘Naukasana’ (boat-pose). This posture makes the body flexible, reduces accumulated fat on the stomach and lower part of the body and also tones the abs.
Steps of naukasana
To do this posture, first lie down flat on the mat.
Lift your legs up while taking the breath and try to touch the feet of both legs with your hands. At the beginning you will have a little trouble, but slowly you can do it comfortably.
Note that in this pose your forepart body and leg should be on the upper side.
Stay in this position for a few seconds and then lie down back while leaving breath.
Resume this process a few seconds later.
Repeat this process five times on the gap of about 15 seconds and gradually increase its number. It can done maximum 30 times
Your digestive system will become strong with the help of doing this asana. It also helps in relieving digestive diseases like constipation, acidity, gas etc. By doing this posture there may be some difficulty in the waist in the beginning, but gradually it strengthens your waist.
Keep in mind that if you have a spinal problem or if you are a blood pressure patient then try this asana only after consultation with the doctor.
