June 12 (WTN) - Ginger is used in many ways. From tea to vegetable and someone eats empty ginger. Ginger rich in iron, calcium, iodine, chlorine and vitamins is a stock of many nutrients. Due to its hot nature, it is consumed more in winter.

Due to its several special features it is also mentioned in Ayurveda. All of you have heard a lot about its benefits but for some people it works as a poison. Know who should avoid eating ginger. 

First of all people who want to increase their weight should not eat ginger. Because ginger reduces appetite which is one of the cause of the losing weight. So if you want to increase your weight, it will have a negative impact on you.

For people with hemophilia, ginger consumption is similar to poison, because eating ginger starts to dilute blood, which is not good for their body. Such people should stay away from ginger.

It is good for women to eat ginger in the early stages of pregnancy, because it helps in removing morning sickness and weakness. In the last quarter months, pregnant women should avoid ginger intake, because eating the ginger in the last quarter months of pregnancy increases premature delivery and labor.

Those people who live on regular medicines, such people should be protected from eating ginger. This is because drugs in the medicines, such as beta-blockers, anticoagulants and insulin, together with ginger make a dangerous mixture, which harm the body.
