PM Modi shares his fitness challenge video

JUNE 13 (WTN) - Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli's fitness challenge has been completed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he posted a related video on Twitter. Continuing the fitness challenge, Prime Minister Narendra Modi further challenges to the Karnataka chief minister H.D.Kumaraswamy and star table tennis player Manika Batra, who won gold medals in the recent commonwealth games.

Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises. 

It is said that if you are healthy then the country will also be healthy. Prime Minister Narendra Modi accepted the fitness challenge and posted his own exercise video and teaches to that how he keeps himself fit in his busy schedule. We all should fit ourselves. At least we should give 15 minutes to keep our self fit. So be fit and keep Indian fit.
