Special force to be formed in state for disaster management

Appointments made on 40,000 posts, new recruitments to be made on 52,000 posts
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that special force should be constituted for disaster management in the state. Arrangement for detailed training in various forms connected with disaster management to the members of the force should be made. Chouhan was reviewing recruitments on various posts in government service at the Mantralaya today. Chief Secretary B.P. Singh was also present on the occasion. It was told at the meeting that recruitments were made on 40 thousand posts in government service this year and new appointments are being made on nearly 52 thousand posts.
CM Chouhan reviewed vacancies and appointments made department wise during the meeting. He said that the recruitments should be made with full transparency. All formalities of recruitments should be completed within the stipulated time. It was told that the Higher Education Department will make appointments on 3268 posts.
Recruitments will be made on total 52 thousand posts including 1447 under Revenue Department, 30,000 under School Education Department, 4607 under Health Department, 8520 under Home Department and 3741 under Women and Child Development and other departments. It was also informed that total 40 thousand new appointments have been made including 9,540 by Revenue Department, 3,020 by Health Department, 16,443 by Home Department, 620 by Women and Child Development Department, 5150 by Higher Education Department and other departments.
Additional Chief Secretary Finance A.P. Shrivastava, Principal Secretary Home Malay Shrivastava, Principal Secretary Women and Child Development J.N. Kansotiya, Principal Secretary Revenue Arun Pandey, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Ashok Vernawal and other officers were present in the meeting.-Window To News
