Accusing responsible for rape, MP government banned 21 porn sites

JULY 05 (WTN) - The state government is ‘concerned’ due to the rising rape cases in Madhya Pradesh. There is ‘resentment’ in the whole country due to the child girl rape incidents in Mandsaur and Satna, which has led to questions arising on the state's law system. The state government's argument behind the rising incidents of rap in Madhya Pradesh is that the ‘porn sites’ are ‘most responsible’ for the rape crime, along with the mental distortion of the culprit. After observing the adverse impact of porn sites, the Madhya Pradesh government has banned 21 porn sites. This information was given by the home minister of Madhya Pradesh Bhupendra Singh.

For your information, let you know that Mandsaur's rape victim is undergoing treatment at Indore's Maharaja Yeshwantrao hospital. To meet the victim's family, home minister Bhupendra Singh reached the Maharaja Yeshwantrao hospital where he said, “The incidents of rape are happening not only in the state but in the entire country. The porn site is most responsible for this. It is causing mental retardation.”

Here, hearing a PIL filed in the Madhya Pradesh High Court after the Mandsaur rape case, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice to the state government. In this notice, the Madhya Pradesh government has been asked whether arrangements have been taken to prevent the rising rapes in the state. In this case the state government has been asked to respond within four weeks.

In this PIL, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued notices to Madhya Pradesh chief secretary, Indore commissioner and IG along with Indore collector and superintendent of the Maharaja Yeshwantrao hospital. For your information, let you know that the next date of the hearing in this case will be August 7.

Anshuman Shrivastav filed a PIL in the Madhya Pradesh High Court's Indore bench, asking that the cases of rape are increasing steadily with minors. It was said in the petition that if the police took action on time in case of rape from a girl in Mandsaur, the accused would be arrested on that day.
