WTN- There are two hunger hormones – Leptin and Ghrelin . Leptin is a hormone, made by fat cells, that decreases your appetite. Ghrelin is a hormone that increases appetite, and also plays a role in increasing body weight.

Six ways different ways that you can control your hunger hormone so that you don't have to worry about this happening to you.

- The first thing you want to do is you want to avoid weight fluctuations and controlling your diet and calories. Add fibrous food in diet.
- The second thing you should do is get adequate sleep.
- The third thing you need to do is eat more protein. At an average a normal person needs nearly 50 to 60 gram of protein.
- Fourth thing to do is experiment with intermittent fasting. Fast for 16 hours a day. That means you can skip breakfast and eat only lunch and dinner in 8 hour duration.
- The fifth thing is to cycle calories. So simply by combining higher carbohydrate food days with lower carbohydrate days consistently you can go ahead and stabilize Ghrelin levels.
Last thing and the most important thing is build muscle and use strategic exercise. Building muscle is the best way to control your Ghrelin levels.
