WTN- High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has become a popular way to burn fat in the gym as recommended by many experts and coaches. Especially to people who have lesser time to invest in gym still want best results.

The HIIT workout on treadmill has sprint-to-rest ratio of 1:1 (or more also depending on individuals) . That means you sprint for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds on treadmill. Most, important thing is sprinting , that means you run as fast as you can for 30 seconds. HIIT session is usually  not done above 20 or 30 minutes.
