‘Cheese Corn Balls’

Cheese - 200 gm
Boiled potatoes -250 gm
Corn flour - 4 tablespoon
Salt-1 tsp or to taste
Green chilli to taste
Oil to fry
Put 200 grams of cheese in a bowl and mash well. Add 250 grams of boiled potatoes, 1 tsp salt, coriander leaves, 4 tablespoon of corn flour and mix it well until it gets tight.
Make small balls of this mixture by adding a little oil to your hands.
Then add oil as per requirement in frying pan and heat it, put 2 to 3 balls in oil once and fried cheese ball until it become crispy.
Serve with green chutney or with ketchup
