A biopic should be based on real heroes not reel hero - Akshay Kumar

July 30 (WTN) - In Bollywood, back to back biopic movies are releasing, alike ‘Soorma’ many biopics are in queue to be released. As per the sources, when Akshay Kumar was questioned regarding the biopic trend in Bollywood he refused to make his biopic movie. He said, “He neither want to make his biopic nor he want to write a book on his life”.
In an interview he said, 'I will never write a book on myself. And I will be a stupid if I make a biopic on myself. I would never want to think about it, it would be a disturbing for me. I want to make a biopic on real heroes and not on reel hero.
Akshay Kumar further said, "There are so many wonderful stories in history such as 'Tapan Das' (his character is filmed in 'Gold'). The film Padman is based on the life of 'Arunachalam Muruganantham' who gave a positive message to India. Biopic should be made on such type of personalities'.
