Security Standards of State’s Shelter Homes to be inspected: Team constituted

Commissioner Woman and Child Development wants report by August 18 

Bhopal: The State Government has entrusted institution-wise responsibility to officers regarding inspection and assessment of treatment with girls in shelter and children homes besides atmosphere of the institutions. The Commissioner Woman and Child Development Dr. Ashok Kumar Bhargava while issuing an order in this connection has given instructions to 15 officers to submit a comprehensive report essentially till August 18 by conducting inspection of these institutions.

Detail information will be gathered on girls’ living condition, facilities, infrastructure, food, security besides staff posted at the institution. Inspection is being conducted with an objective to ensure secured and ideal institutions’ atmosphere, helpful in natural development of girls.

The Additional Director of the Woman and Child Development Smt. Seema Singh Thakur and Additional Director Smt. Rajpal Kaur will conduct inspection of Shraddhanand Balashram- Indore and Government Balika Grah evam Sevadham Ashram-Ujjain respectively. Similarly, the Joint Director Smt. Tripti Tripathi and Joint Director Smt. Naki Jehan Qureshi will inspect Government Balika Grah, Missionary of Charity besides Bal Niketan Trust-Bhopal and Mahadev Sundaram evan Jivoday Society–Itarsi respectively. The Joint Director Smt. Shashishyam Uikey will conduct inspection of Sagar Mahila evam Bal Vikas Samiti-Sagar.

The inspection of Nepanagar Jagriti-Burhanpur and Hindu Bal Seva-Khandwa will be conducted by the Deputy Director Smt. Rachna Budholiya, whereas inspection of Little Star Foundation-Katni by the Deputy Director Smt. Mangalesh Singh, Swadhyaya Manch-Mandsaur and Kundan Kutir Sansthan-Ratlam by the Deputy Director Smt. Manjula Tiwari, Ashram Shanti Niketan-Gwalior and The Sister Elizabeth Sansthan-Guna by the Deputy Director Smt. Rekha Agrawal will be conducted. Similarly, responsibility of inspection work of Ayushri Seva Samiti and Avenger Shiksha Samiti-Betul to the Deputy Director Smt. Shivkali Barkade, Samprekshan Grah-Vidisha to the Deputy Director Smt. Jyoti Shrivastava, Rajkumari Bal Niketan and Matrachhaya Ladli Basera Grah-Jabalpur to the Deputy Director Smt. Manisha Lumba, Gahoi Shiksha Prasaar Samiti-Bhind and Krantikala Sangam-Morena to the Deputy Director Smt. Mamta Tiwari and Samprekshan Grah-Shahdol has been entrusted to the Deputy Director Smt.
