Curd Rasam

Ingredients

Curd-350 gm
Oil-2 tablespoons
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek (Methi) seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 2
Ginger-1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2
Onions- 75 gm
Asafetida 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
 
Preparation

First, heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan and stir in it with cumin seed, mustard seeds and Fenugreek (methi) seeds.

Add green chilies, ginger and curry leaves and fry for 2-3 minutes.
 Now add onion and cook it well.

 Then add asafetida, turmeric and stir it properly.
Then mix salt and now mix 350 grams of curd in this mixture with and mix well.

Curd Rasam is ready to serve
