Protein rich ‘Choco Peanut Butter Smoothie’

Toned milk - 250 ml
Chocolate Protein Powder- 20 gm
Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
Ice Cubes- 3-4
Chocolate Chips- For Garnish
Chocolate Cream - For Garnish
First pour toned milk, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter and 3-4 ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth.
After blending perfectly pour mixture in the glass and then garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate cream.
Your choco peanut butter smoothie is ready.
This smoothie is good source of protein and good for growing children.
