Sweet corn - 1 cup
French beans - 2 cups
Carrot - 2 finely chopped
Cucumber - 1 finely chopped
Green peas and potatoes (chopped and half boiled)
Canned pineapple (chopped) - ½ cup
Sugar- ½ teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Black pepper – to taste
First, put 1 cup of water in a pan and add salt to taste and keep it for boiling.
Then add finely chopped carrots, sweet corn and sugar and boil for two minutes.
Now remove the carrot and sweet corn from the strainer and keep it aside.
Then add canned pineapple, green peas and potatoes, French beans, cream and mix all well.
Russian salad is ready to serve.
