BJP trying to solve 'anger' of upper castes and backward classes in Madhya Pradesh

SEP 08 (WTN) - It seems that after the amendment made by the BJP in the SC-ST act, then in Madhya Pradesh, there is a danger of defeat in assembly elections, due to the strong opposition of angry upper castes, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has started trying to get support of this class. While addressing a BJP meeting in Bhopal, Shivraj Singh Chauhan repeatedly reiterated that his government has worked for every section.

Describing the anger of the upper caste, Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that his government has worked for everyone on the principle of development of everyone, whose benefits all have received. As you know, since the amendment in the SC-ST Act, there is a great resentment in the upper castes and backward castes. After which on 6th September, the mega close down was so successful in whole of Madhya Pradesh, under the banner of the SAPAKS, that the Shivraj government is on the back foot.

But it seems that the Shivraj government is still thinking that the opposition against the SC-ST act is being supported by any political party, whereas the truth is that there is no support of any party in this fight of the upper castes and backward. Even after this, Shivraj Singh Chauhan says that some people are caballing to fight with each other. But, It seems that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan does not want to accept the reality.

The BJP government of the state can’t accept it openly, but the party is shaken from inside the anger which is being seen in the upper and backward classes against the amendment in the SC-ST Act. According to information received from the media, Shivraj Singh can take some steps to please the upper castes, such as to increase the honorarium of priests to please the Brahmins, withdraw government control from the temple etc.

It is being said that after the demonetization and implementation of GST without preparation, and now amendment in the SC-ST act, all these steps have angered the businessman and they are preparing to teach the BJP a lesson in assembly election. In such a way, small and medium merchants can be invited to please this class.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and BJP's state level leaders are looking sure from outside, but the way in which the upper castes, backward classes and minorities have made a spontaneous agitation against the amendment in the SC-ST act; all of them have been shocked. There are 65 percent of the votes of this class in the state, if this class gets annoyed with the BJP, the victory for the fourth consecutive time in assembly elections would become a dream for the BJP.

According to information received from the media, the internal inspection survey of the RSS has indicated that the condition of the BJP is getting worse in the state. In such a situation, if the BJP did nothing for concession in the SC-ST act for the upper and backward classes, then the BJP may have to face very heavy defeat in the assembly elections.
