4 cup grated coconut
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 cup sugar
For The Main Dish:
1 cup full cream milk
2 cup heavy cream
Put a heavy non-stick pan on medium flame and boil milk in it, then add grated coconut, coconut flour, heavy cream along with sugar. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
Let the coconut mixture simmer till the quantity is 1/3 and once done, reduce the flame low.
Stir once again after cooking the mixture and scrap the sides, while stirring the mixture. Once the mixture starts binding together, reduce the flame and stir.
When the milk has almost turned the mixture into soft and smooth consistency, turn off the burner.
Now, let this mixture cool down and transfer it into a bowl. Once done, carefully roll even laddoos out of it and garnish these laddoos with some grated coconut.
You can also roll these prepared laddoos in the grated coconut mixture to give this recipe a crunchy twist. Pair it with some savouries and enjoy!
