'Fear' of defeat to Congress, or 'confidence' of victory?

Whether Congress blames of EVM tempering by 'thought-provoking strategy'?

DEC 06 (WTN) - The results of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections are due on December 11. All eyes have set whether BJP will win for the fourth consecutive time, or the Congress will return to power again after 15 years. Whatever the outcome, they will come to know on December 11, but it is very clear that the results of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections are more important to the Congress. We are saying that because if the Congress loses in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, the confidence of the Congress will be very low before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Now, one can say its fear of defeat, or else the confidence of victory, the Congress is worried that the EVM can be tampered, therefore, in all the district headquarters of Madhya Pradesh, where EVM has been kept, from day to night the Congress workers are monitoring. Congress is feared that EVM could be tempered.

With the monitoring of EVMs, the Congress is also completely alert for the counting of votes. The Congress feels that there can be some disturbance on the day of counting, so for this day, the Congress has made a special plan. There should not be any disturbance on the day of counting, and if so, how to stop it, its entire training is being given to all the 229 candidates of Congress, and this training regarding the counting of votes is given by the state Congress president Kamal Nath.

All the 229 candidates of Congress have been told in the training camps how they have to be careful and cautious on counting of votes, as well as how to identify and prevent disturbances. The way the Congress party is creating doubts on EVMs and counting of votes, it seems that it is a thoughtful move of the Congress.

As you know, the Congress is accusing a variety of allegations about the security of EVMs. The Congress has registered its complaint in the High Court and the Election Commission regarding the security of the EVM. The Congress alleged that the EVM of Khurai of Sagar district was deposited after 48 hours, which is a sign of tempering. After the Congress allegations, the returning officer was removed. At the same time, the old jail in Bhopal, where the Strong Room has been set up, there was a complaint of the closure of the CCTV cameras. Similarly, in Satna and Khargone, Congress has accused the EVM tempering.

Among all such incidents, all the 229 candidates of Congress are being trained on how to be cautious on the day of counting of votes. The Congress is afraid that EVMs should not be tampered so that they have to face defeat once again.

But the Election Commission has described Congress allegations as baseless. After the Congress complaint, Madhya Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer VL Kantarao had himself given a press conference and clarified that the EVMs are completely safe and full protocol is being given. The BJP also targeted the Congress at the same time. The BJP says that it has been a habit of Congress since the beginning and it raises questions on EVMs and constitutional Institutes.

If there is a truth in the allegations of Congress, then it should present it with the evidence, otherwise there is no justification for making unwarranted allegations against constitutional institution like Election Commission. It is not that the allegation of EVM tempering is a part of the Congress's thought-provoking strategy. Because if the Congress wins, then they will say that we (Congress) didn’t let the EVM tempered so we won (Congress). Even if the Congress lost, it would get an excuse for defeat that there was tempering in the EVM.
