H.E. Minister Patwari conducts surprise inspection of Nutan College 

Bhopal: Minister for Higher Education Jeetu Patwari conducted surprise inspection of Nutan College situated in Shivaji Nagar of Bhopal. He interacted with women professors and discussed about their experiences and difficulties being faced by them in teaching. Patwari gave instructions to the Commissioner Higher Education, Ajit Kumar to issue an order in connection to cancel deputation with immediate effect. Along with this, he told to ensure 80 percent attendance of students necessarily.

Free transport with free education for Girls
Minister Patwari said that an important decision will be taken shortly after the discussion with the Chief Minister to make free transport arrangement for girls along with free education.

Teachers’ presence should be time bound
Patwari mentioned that there are approximately 15 districts in rural areas, where girls face difficulty in pursuing studies due to absence of teachers. He instructed that time bound presence in college is must now. Stringent action will be taken in future if it’s repeated again.

Old equipment to be replaced
When the Higher Education Minister saw old computers and equipments during the inspection of chemistry lab of Nutan college, he gave instructions to write off the old equipments immediately and send a proposal for advance equipments. Principal Smt. Manjula Sharma of Nutan College was also present during the inspection.-Window To News
