Tips from a cop who lost 140 pounds / 63 kgs

New York Police Department  Cop Aaron Lohman is an inspiration to many as he decided to loose weight when he saw a dream that he was fighting a criminal who overpowered me and threw me off a rooftop and what will happen to his two-and-a-half year-old daughter. He lost 140 ponds / 63 kgs  in nine years.

Lohman gave some simple tips to Men’s Health that can inspire many-
Count calories that you eat and avoid many junk food.

Think positively and never get depressed if results are slow.

Be consistent and go to gym at least 5 times a day.

Have protein at every meal.

Post your progress on social media like Instagram or Facebook. The idea of failing in public to keep you motivated.  And his motivational posts give others a boost, too.
There is no top secret diet to loose weight. You just  desire to change, and the work you do to make it happen.
