Artisans will not be forced to migrate

Minister Harsh Yadav takes charge 

Bhopal: Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Village Industries and Cottage Industry, Harsh Yadav, took charge in Room 216-B of Vallabh Bhavan 2 this morning. Yadav held a discussion with the departmental officials and sought information about departmental activities. Yadav also took charge today in his room at the Vidhan Sabha Bhavan.

Minister Yadav said that he will make efforts to get direct assistance for the artisans. State government will provide assistance to the cottage industries and apart from providing assistance through various schemes for their small and cottage industries, they will be given more opportunities for craft development to strengthen them financially so that they do not have to migrate from their villages in search of jobs for more income. Minister Yadav said that efforts will be made to enhance renewable energy in villages and there will be serious efforts towards providing cheap, accessible electricity.
