C.M. Kamal Nath Greets Youth on Yuva Diwas

Urges Students to make Surya Namaskar a part of daily life
Bhopal: The Chief Minister Kamal Nath has extended greetings to students, youth and citizens on Swami Vivekanand Jayanty on January-12, which is observed as Yuva Diwas. He also greeted the students and all those participating in the 11th Surya Namaskar event.
The Chief Minister in his message said that devoting only one day for Surya Namaskar is not enough considering its health benefits. It should be regular and a part of daily life. He said that the youth with healthy body and mind can build future of the state and the country.
Referring to the universal message of Swami Vivekanand, Kamal Nath said that every citizen should be healthy and possess healthy thoughts to contribute to rebuilding of healthy India.
Underlining the benefits of Surya Namaskar, the Chief Minister said that it is a Yogic practice fully scientific in every respect. He said that the rituals of Sun worship are mentioned in almost all religions as Sun is the source of life. It gives light and energy. He said that we are lucky to have been living in a country where Surya Darshan is possible almost every day.-Window To News
