Direct action will be taken if problems not redressed: Minister P.C. Sharma

Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations, Law and Legislative Affairs, Science and Technology, Aviation, Religious Trusts and Endowments, P.C. Sharma visited Vallabh Bhavan Ward No.33 today and heard grievances of the citizens. He gave instructions over phone to the responsible officers to redress the problems. Sharma told the officials that direct action will be taken for not initiating action within 3 days.

Sharma told the citizens that people itself are government. Their problems will be resolved on priority. The citizens apprised Sharma about the improper arrangement of water, insanitation and problems related to disconnection of electricity connections in the area. Sharma directed the electricity department of the Municipal Corporation to connect all the disconnected electricity connections immediately. He said that electricity bill of more than Rs. 100 per month will not be recovered from the consumers. He said that electricity bill has been reduced to half. Moreover, as regard to redress the water problem, Sharma gave instructions to the Municipal Corporation to connect all the tap water connections to ensure sufficient water. Furthermore, he directed sanitation in-charge to put sanitation arrangements in order in Vallabh Nagar and Bhim Nagar within three days.

Camp to be organized to redress grievances
PR Minister Sharma assured the local people that a camp will be organized soon to redress all the problems of the area. He said that he himself will bring along the Municipal Commissioner and concerned officers of electricity, water, road and sanitation in the camp. Employment Fair on February 14-15
Sharma stated that the state government is committed to do every work for the welfare of people. He informed people about the important decisions taken by the government for people’s welfare. He said that employment will be provided to all the employed youth. He mentioned that an employment fair is being organized at Manas Bhavan on February 14-15. As many as 50 companies are taking part in the camp to recruit youth of age group between 18 and 40 years. The employment fair will begin from 9.00 a.m.-Window To News
