Madhya Pradesh: Pressure on BJP to repeat 2014 Lok Sabha elections performance

MAR 16 (WTN) - After the declaration of the dates of the Lok Sabha elections, everyone wants to know when the ruling BJP is going to release its first list for the Lok Sabha elections. Talk about Madhya Pradesh, it is not less than a big challenge of repeating the performance of the previous Lok Sabha elections for the BJP which is on back foot after the recent defeat in the assembly elections. For your information, let you know that in the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had won 27 of the 29 seats in the state.

If we talk about the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP has aim of winning all 29 seats in the state and for this and it is being formulated at the central level. If you talk about selecting the BJP candidates, then according to the sources, the panel has been created in most of the seats and soon after the name is finalized on every seat, the list will be released.

It is being said that the BJP will try to win again this time with the help of Modi wave in the Lok Sabha elections, but the BJP has given considerable attention to the selection of the candidate along with Modi wave. There are many names coming out in 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh whom BJP can give tickets to. Let's look at the prospective candidates of the BJP, who can get ticket.

Gwalior Chambal Region
There are 4 Lok Sabha seats in the Gwalior-Chambal region. In the last Lok Sabha elections, BJP had won three out of four seats, Morena, Gwalior and Bhind, the Congress could win the Guna seat only.Lets talk about potential candidates of BJP this time;Narendra Singh Tomar and Anoop Mishra from Morena, from Bhind (SC) Bhagirath Prasad, Ashok Argal and Lal Singh Arya, Narender Singh Tomar, Maya Singh and Jaibhan Singh Pavaiya from Gwalior and Jai Bhan Singh Pavaiya, Prabhat Jha and Hari Singh Yadav are potential candidates from Guna.

Bundelkhand Region
There are four seats in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh, and these seats are Sagar, Damoh, Tikamgarh and Khajuraho. In the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had won all four seats of the region. This time, the BJP's potential candidates are like this; Laxminarayan Yadav, Jayant Malaiya, Mukesh Jain and Lata Wankhede from Sagar, Virendra Khatik from Tikamgarh (SC), Prahlad Patel and Abhishek Bhargava from Damoh, Lalita Yadav and Kusum Singh Mehdele from Khajuraho.

Vindhya Region
There are three Lok Sabha seats in Vindhya region and these are Satna, Rewa and Sidhi. In the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had won all three seats of this area. This time the BJP’s potential candidates are; Ganesh Singh from Satna, Jarnadan Mishra and Gaurav Tiwari from Rewa, Govind Mishra and Riti Pathak from Sidhi.

Mahakaushal Region
There are 5 Lok Sabha seats in the Mahakaushal region. In the last Lok Sabha elections, BJP had won 4 out of 5 seats Shahdol, Jabalpur, Mandla and Balaghat.Kamal Nath was successful in winning the Chhindwara seat. This time the BJP’s potential candidates are; Gyan Singh and Ramlal Rautele from Shahdol (ST), Rakesh Singh from Jabalpur, Faggan Singh Kulaste, Sampatia Uike and Om Prakash Dhurve from Mandla (ST), Mausam Bisen, Nita Pateria and Lata Elkar from Balaghat, and from Chhindwara Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Chaudhary Chandrabhan Singh.

Mid MP Region
There are four Lok Sabha seats in Mid MP and these seats are Hoshangabad, Vidisha, Bhopal and Betul. In the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had won all four seats. This time, BJP's otential candidates on these seats are; Rao Uday Pratap Singh and Prahlad Patel from Hoshangabad, Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Sadhna Singh from Vidisha, Alok Sanjar and Alok Sharma from Bhopal, Ganga Bai Uike and D.D. Uike from Betul (ST).

Malwa Region
There are 7 seats of Lok Sabha in Malwa region, and these seats are Rajgarh, Dewas, Ujjain, Mandsaur, Ratlam-Jhabua, Dhar and Indore.From the seats point of view, Malwa is the largest region of Madhya Pradesh. In the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won all the seven seats of Malwa. This time, BJP’s potential candidates on these seats are; Raghunandan Sharma and Rodmal Nagar from Rajgarh, Surendranath Verma and Rekha Ratnakar from Dewas, Chintamani Malviya, Satyanarayana Jatia and Premchand Gududu from Ujjain (SC), Sudhir Gupta and Vanshilal Gurjar from Mandsaur, Nirmala Bhuria from Ratlam-Jhabua (ST) , Mukam Singh, Savitri Thakur and Chatar Singh Durbar from Dhar (ST), Sumitra Mahajan and Kailash Vijayvargiya from Indore.

Nimar Region
In the case of seats, Nimar is the smallest region of Madhya Pradesh and there are only two seats in this region. In the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won both the seats Khargone and Khandwa. The BJP’s potential candidates are; Subhash Patel and Anter Singh Arya from Khargone (ST), Nandkumar Singh Chauhan and Archana Chitnis from Khandwa.
