Ingredients

450ml natural yogurt
20 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1teaspoon dried mint
½ small red onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon sugar
A large pinch of chilli powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

 
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well, If you have time, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving-this marinating  time allows the minty flavours to fully mature into the yogurt.
Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
