Give attention to more skill development than bookish knowledge

Bhopal, May 19 (WTN): There are many case studies around the world that show that skill development is the key to success. CII chairman and start-up manager mentor Animesh Jain, while giving business tips to future entrepreneurs, said in a business friend organized by VASPL incubation center.

He also put a case study to explain their point of view and said that according to the analysis of the average income currently in the US, PHD holders are earning less than Graduates. He said that it does not deny that knowledge is important in its place, but the owners of big companies of the world are drop outs, like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg.

VASPL Initiative Director Pradeep Karambalekar said that we will have to develop skills along with knowledge, and then you will be able to take your start up to the height where you see the dream.
He said that in the case of business or startup along with the knowledge of books, you have to constantly keep your skills in line with market demand.

To develop startup skills, VASPL incubation center organizes a workshop called 'Business Friend (Vyapar Mitra)' from time to time. This seminar was organized this time to clear the Future Rising Proposal to clear the future Entrepreneur.

 The VASPL incubation center began in November 2017. It is the authorized center of the MP Govt to help young people to become a new entrepreneur. Here entrepreneurs get guidance, infrastructure, well equipped office, and training with Seed Capital as well. It is the first and only incubation center of the state to provide feed capitals for starting and running the youth business.- Window To News
