Modi Government in a 'direction' to strengthen the economic condition of the farmers

MAY 30 (WTN) - The Modi Government, which has won a landslide victory in the Lok Sabha Elections, is once again preparing to woo farmers. According to the information, after the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna, the Modi Government will now make the farmers happy with the pension scheme. If this scheme is implemented, then small farmers from all over the country will get a lot of benefits.

For your information, let you know that according to the figures, there are 12 crores small and marginal farmers in the country. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Election, BJP had promised pension for farmers over 60 years in its resolution letter (manifesto). There will be a provision of pension for eligible farmers under this scheme.

Well, for your information, let you know that there are such schemes for the farmers in some states of the country, but there is no social security scheme like pension for the farmers at the national level yet. If the Modi Government starts the pension scheme for the farmers, then it will be a very revolutionary step.

As you know that the Modi Government gives an annual income of 6,000 rupees in three installments to the farmers having two hectares of land under its ambitious Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The farmers get Rs 2,000 in every installment. About this, the BJP says that whatever promises are made for the farmers, the Modi Government will fulfill in due course.

The idea of giving the pension to the farmers came from the BJP ruled state of Haryana. In fact, in the BJP ruled Haryana, a committee was formed under the leadership of state BJP president Subhash Barla. The committee had suggested of giving the pension to the farmers. On the recommendations of the committee, the Khattar Government of Haryana announced to give the pension to the eligible farmers in its budget presented in February.

For the scheme of granting the pension to the farmers, the Haryana State had set a budget of Rs 1,500 crores. Under the farmer pension scheme of Haryana State, there is a provision of the pension for farmer households having land up to 5 acres. The pension will be given to those families whose monthly income is less than Rs 15,000. However, it is not certain how much pension will be given to the farmers.

After a massive victory in the Lok Sabha Elections, the Mod Government claims that after the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, full preparations are now being made to implement the farmer’s pension scheme. The scheme to increase the income of the farmers is being done faster. The Modi Government believes that soon the income of the farmers will increase.

With the strengthening of the economic status of small farmers, the industry is expected to make a lot of profits. That's why, because if the income of millions of farmers in the country will increase, then they will spend it, which will accelerate the economy. The money will be utilized in the capital market and will benefit the industries. That is to say, the strengthening of the economic condition of the farmers will accelerate the economy of the country.
