Will Priyanka Vadra and Jyotiraditya Scindia take responsibility for defeat in UP?

Rahul Gandhi targets on the Congress leaders after the defeat, feel them their being 'irresponsible'!

JUNE 28 (WTN) - After an historical defeat in the Lok Sabha Elections, the Congress party is in a state of disappointment. In the midst of the disappointment, on the one hand Rahul Gandhi is stuck on resigning as Congress President, whereas on the other hand, Congress leaders are not able to agree on any one name, who will be appointed as Congress President.

After the irredeemable defeat in the Lok Sabha Elections, angry Rahul Gandhi had resented on the senior leaders of the party, and had set them responsible for the affection for son to the defeat in the few seats. But the saddened Rahul Gandhi has given a new statement, because of which his sister and Congress general secretary Priyanka Vadra, and Rahul Gandhi's ally Jyotiraditya Scindia will have to take the moral responsibility and will have to resign after resoundingly defeat in UP in the Lok Sabha Elections.

Indeed, by giving a new statement, Rahul Gandhi has started a new debate in the Congress party. In his new statement, Rahul Gandhi says, "I am sorry that even after resigning from my party presidential post, some chief ministers of Congress ruling states, general secretaries, in-charges and senior leaders of Congress have not realized their accountability." It is known to all that by giving this statement whom has Rahul Gandhi targeted, but after this statement of Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra and Jyotiraditya Scindia will also have to come under the scanner.

Rahul Gandhi had a lot of expectations in the Lok Sabha Elections from the largest state Uttar Pradesh according to the seats. Rahul Gandhi thought that the BSP-SP alliance would damage the BJP vote bank, and if the Muslims and Dalits voted for the Congress then the Congress would do its best in UP. Prior to the Lok Sabha Elections, Rahul Gandhi, in a planned way, actively entered Priyanka Vadra in the politics, and he gave her a huge responsibility in the UP.

Rahul Gandhi had handed over the charge of UP to Priyanka Gandhi and Jyotiraditya Scindia in the Lok Sabha Elections, and he was in confident that the Congress could win at least 10 to 15 seats in UP. But all the tactics of Rahul Gandhi were proved failed when Rahul Gandhi himself lost the Lok Sabha Election from Amethi seat. In the Lok Sabha Elections, the people of UP have rejected such a bad to the Congress that none other than Sonia Gandhi could win as the Congress candidate in the election.

Now that Rahul Gandhi has said in sharp words that the leaders of the Congress have not realized their accountabilities even after defeat, then it can be said that Priyanka Vadra and Jyotiraditya Scindia may have to take responsibility of the defeat of the Congress in Uttar Pradesh.

For your information, let you know that Priyanka Vadra was appointed in charge of Eastern Uttar Pradesh to give the strength to the Congress at the grassroots level in the state, while Jyotiraditya Scindia was given charge of West UP. The Congress contested 67 out of 80 seats in the Lok Sabha Elections in UP. But neither Priyanka Vadra nor Jyotiraditya Scindia could be proved game changer, and 66 of the Congress's 67 candidates had to face defeat.

At the hope of General Secretary like Priyanka Vadra with Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Congress was dreaming of a big win in UP, but after the defeat of the Congress, questions have now begun on the eligibility of Priyanka Vadra and Jyotiraditya Scindia. In UP, the Congress party has suffered so badly that only four candidates could save their security deposit in the Lok Sabha Elections. In 10 seats, the Congress candidate got less than 2 per cent of the total votes cast.

After the defeat of the Congress party in UP, and after Rahul Gandhi's taunt, it is said that the moral pressures of taking responsibility of the defeat on Priyanka Vadra and Jyotiraditya Scindia have increased. UP was once considered as a stronghold of Congress, but now it has become a condition of the Congress in UP that only 4 candidates in the Lok Sabha elections are able to save their security deposit.

Now it is necessary to see whether Priyanka Vadra and Jyotiraditya Scindia take responsibility of the defeat of the Congress in UP and whether they resign by their respective posts. After the defeat in the Lok Sabha Elections, the unresponsive attitude of the Congress party leaders has made Rahul Gandhi even more disappointed. If Priyanka Vadra comes forward and resigns from her post by taking responsibility for defeat, it may be that other Congress leaders get a lesson, and they will understand their responsibilities after the defeat in the Lok Sabha Elections.
