Registration process of new players in different sports academies continues

Bhopal: July 08, 2019: The process of entry of players into different sports academies of Madhya Pradesh run by the Department of Sports and Youth Welfare is in progress. Registration process for admission of new boarding payers was done at Martial Arts Hall T T Nagar stadium for badminton and women's hockey academy Gwalior, Jabalpur Archery Academy and swimming academy operating in Hoshangabad.

116 players were invited for admission in the academy, of which 95 players were registered today, included 56 boys and 39 girls. The certificates of all the players were examined and the health test was conducted. Eight thousand rupees was deposited from the players in the form of a security fund. While the children of BPL families were given 50 per cent rebate in the security fund. This security fund will be returned after the players leave the academy.

Admission process of Day Boarding on July 10

Process of registration for day boarding players selected for admission in Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Hoshangabad sports academies will be commence on 10th July. For this process all selected players are informed to report at T T Nagar stadium Bhopal. While the day boarding player of the Archery Academy operating in Jabalpur will report at Ranital Sports Complex, Jabalpur, and players of players of Swimming Sports Academy Hoshangabad will join the registration process at same place in Hoshangabad.

In T.T. Nagar stadium, the admission of such players will be done on July 11, which could not be included in the admission process held in the said dates for any reason.

The admission and registration process arrangements for admission of players were monitored by Director Sports and Youth Welfare Dr. S.L. Thousen. He also personally interacted with players and their parents about the arrangements. Players and guardians appreciate the arrangements done for admission.- Window To News
