Yoga Training Workshop concludes, Book Exhibition on Yoga starts, at IGRMS

Bhopal, July 10: A Special book exhibition on Yoga starts at IGRMS. This exhibition was inaugurated jointly by yoga expert Akanksha Sharma and Prof. Sartit Kumar Chaudhary, Director, IGRMS. On this occasion Dilip Singh, Joint Director IGRMS and a large number of viewers and museum personnel were present.
 

In addition to this a 15-day Yoga Training Workshop organized from 24th June, 2019 in Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Bhopal concludes today. On this occasion, a Quiz competition was also organized on Clean India campaign. In this competition, a large number of museum employees participated based on yoga and by answering the questions related to Yama, Rama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Meditation, Samadhi asked by Yoga expert Smt. Akanksha Sharma.



On this occasion, Prof. Sarit Kumar Choudhury, Director, IGRMS, said that Yoga is a physical activity. Everyone should spare some time for yoga every day. The IGRMS employees who have been trained in the workshop can do yoga after the working time and select any place in the museum regularly.

The yoga expert, Akanksha Sharma, said that Yoga teaches us to bring discipline in life. Yoga gives us physical, mental, and respiratory benefits. Life is full of peace, happiness and more energy when you are with beautiful thoughts. On this closing ceremony, the Director of the Museum presented the certificate of honor and mementoes to the Mrs. Sharma.

The program was conducted by Deepak Kumar Chaudhary and the vote of thanks was presented by Hemant Bahadur Singh Parihar of IGRMS.- Window To News
