Modi Government to provide better training to the teachers now

AUG 22 (WTN) - Since the advent of communication revolution in India, the number of Indians on social media platforms has reached to crores. Online working culture in India is increasing due to the cheapest internet plan and smartphone in the world. In such a situation, now the Modi Government is going to use the popular social media platforms Facebook and WhatsApp to train people in the field of education. What is the whole matter? Let us tell you in detail.

In fact, to improve education, now the Modi Government will run special training programs through Facebook and WhatsApp. The name of the scheme is National Initiative on School Teacher's Head and Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA). Under the 'NISHTHA' scheme, social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp will be used to train the principals and teachers of schools. For your information, let you know that under this scheme, there is a plan to train about 42 lakh principals and teachers in the first phase.

Under the 'NISHTHA' scheme, a WhatsApp group and a Facebook page will be created to train teachers in the classroom, through which teachers will be in touch with one other. The Government says that this will not only provide training to  the teachers, but through the WhatsApp group and Facebook page, teachers will be able to share the challenges faced by them with other people and they will find solutions there. The Government claims that this will remove the problems related to teaching of teachers.

In fact, the aim of the Modi Government is that the teachers, teaching to the children, should be qualified and trained, so after becoming teachers, they are given excellent training. Teachers will be given information related to studies in this training, as well as information related to POCSO Act and guidelines related to teaching of physically challenged. In the training given under 'NISHTHA', teachers will be trained in teaching in an interesting way as well as to increase their leadership capacity. The Government is going to focus more on language, mathematics and social science in this training.

The Government claims that the training given to teachers under 'NISHTHA' will be monitored online by the ministry. Not only this, every day attendance of teachers during training will also be examined. It is the effort of the Government that through this training, all kinds of problems faced by the teachers are solved by counseling them, so that they can understand and solve the problems of the students without worrying.

It can be said that this scheme of training of the Modi Government will enable the teachers of small cities, towns and villages to get higher training, so that they can teach the students in a better way. At the same time, this training will also enhance the personality of the teachers and bring confidence in them. Now it has to be seen that how much teachers are able to avail of this new scheme of Modi Government?
