Does Rahul Gandhi keep distance to face Modi-Shah duo in the election?

OCT 11 (WTN) - Elections have been held in politics time to time, and in these elections there are also defeats and wins. But the real warrior of politics is the one who analyzes the reasons for defeat after losing in elections and humbly accepts the victory rather than being arrogant. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi's hard working and BJP nationalism badly defeated the Congress and other opposition parties. But the way the Congress lost in this Lok Sabha election is historical in itself.

As you know, the Congress suffered badly in this Lok Sabha election and the Congress party could win only 52 seats. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the people of the country have rejected the Congress in such a way that Rahul Gandhi lost the election from his traditional Amethi seat. At the same time, many big leaders have suffered defeat.

After loss in two consecutive Lok Sabha elections, there was a storm in the Congress party. Disappointed and downhearted by the party's own defeat, Rahul Gandhi resigned as Congress President in a hurry. However, the party tried hard to convince Rahul Gandhi but Rahul Gandhi remained firm on his resignation. After the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi had said that the Congress party had definitely lost in the Lok Sabha elections, but he and his party would stand with the problems of the common people and they would continue to oppose the anti-people policies of the NDA government.

Now that assembly elections are going to be held in Maharashtra and Haryana and campaigning is at its peak. In such a situation, keeping himself Congress President Rahul Gandhi away from these elections raises a lot of questions in you, whether Rahul Gandhi has accepted defeat from Narendra Modi and Amit Shah? In fact, on many other issues including the economic downturn, Rahul Gandhi could campaign aggressively against the BJP governments of these two states and at the center, but by doing so; Rahul Gandhi has gone on a foreign trip.

After the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi is said to be angry with some leaders of his own party. After losing two consecutive Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi himself appears disappointed. But victory cannot be found by despair and frustration. Like a mature politician, Rahul Gandhi should have campaigned for the Congress in Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections by accepting the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections.

It is well known that the Gandhi family is paramount in the Congress party. From the country's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru to Rahul Gandhi, Congress leaders have shown their loyalty to a particular family. In such a situation, while Rahul Gandhi is the supreme leader for Congress leaders, Rahul Gandhi should have come forward and campaigned for the party at a time of huge responsibility like assembly elections in two big states. But by not doing so, Rahul Gandhi left his party workers alone and went on a foreign trip.

It has been said that if we learn something from somewhere, we should learn it; following this, Rahul Gandhi should learn something from the BJP. The BJP could not survive in the 1984 Lok Sabha elections in the face of the Congress storm, and in that election the BJP could win only 2 seats. Even BJP leaders like Atal Bihari Vajpayee and L.K. Advani lost elections. After this, the BJP faced defeat in many Lok Sabha elections, but the BJP leaders did not lose courage and kept working hard.

The result of the hard work of BJP leaders and workers is that BJP has been able to form an absolute majority government in two consecutive Lok Sabha elections. Losing and winning are parts of politics. Taking a lesson from the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi should once again go among the people of the country and discuss them and know their views.

But neither Rahul Gandhi is directly communicating with the people of the country nor is he campaigning to encourage the leaders and workers of his party in the assembly elections. BJP is not invincible, BJP can also be defeated and BJP also has many weaknesses. But instead of encircling the BJP for its mistakes, Rahul Gandhi has gone on a foreign trip, which annoys the leaders and workers of his own party.

Forgetting the defeat of the Lok Sabha elections and learning from it, Rahul Gandhi should now look towards the future. But if in the same way, if by getting angry and disappointed, he will keep away himself from the people and the elections; then the people will continue to get further away from him. Patience matters a lot in politics. Taking this patience as his partner, Rahul Gandhi should learn from the defeat of the Lok Sabha elections and go among the people and surround BJP for the failures. If Rahul Gandhi does this from now, only then will he be able to compete with Modi and Shah in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
