Kuttu Paneer Kachori - Regular/Low Calorie

 Ingredients:

250gm - Kuttu Flour
200gm – Paneer, mashed
1/2 cup - roasted peanuts, crushed
½ tsp – Black Pepper
2 tsp – Green Chilli, Chopped
Rock Salt - to taste
Oil/Ghee
Coriander Leaves
 

Method:

Take Kuttu flour in a bowl, add 2 tsp warm oil, rocksalt and knead it.
Make smooth dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.

In another bowl add mashed paneer, black pepper, green chilli, roasted peanuts ,coriander leaves, salt and mix well.

Now make small balls of the dough. Take one ball, press it with your hands and make a dent into it.

Fill it with required amount of paneer filler and fold from the edges.

Press it with the help of palm and give it a shape of kachoris. Repeat the step with rest of the balls.

In a thick bottom wok, heat oil and fry kachoris until crisp and golden brown colour. Drain them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with curd.

Note: For health conscious people, If you don’t want to deep fry the kachori’s then baked it by following the below mention procedure:

Preheat oven to 180° C. Grease a baking tray, place the kachoris in it, brush them with oil/ghee

Bake in the preheated oven at 200° C for about 15-20 minutes or till the kachoris are cooked and golden.
