Saturday - April 15, 2017 8:45 pm , Category : WTN SPECIAL

Courtyard by Marriott has made elaborate arrangements to make Easter celebrations special and memorable. The multi cuisine restaurant at Hotel – MoMo Café is being prepared for fun, food and a lot of enjoyment. MoMo Café will host a gala brunch between 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm with a wide choice of Indian, Oriental and Western cuisines.
According to a press release issued here on Saturday Hotel’s Executive Chef, Ravinder Singh Panwar said “Easter is associated with various food traditions that vary regionally. The preparation of these foods is among the Easter customs practised. Preparing, colouring, and decorating Easter eggs is one popular tradition. At MoMo café chefs will be dishing out food from all the three popular cuisines of the city.”

Chef Ravinder said “It would be more of a celebration, music and carnival than just a meal. All the chefs from 3 kitchens will come together to display their skills. Not to forget the real master Chef Vivek Reddy the pastry chef with his array of mouthwatering desserts. Our expert, our chefs only mission is to just make sure that they cook and only cook to bring a smile on their guest face and a pinch of happiness in every bite the guest take.”

The stars would be the live stations from all the three cuisines – Indian/Oriental/Western. The kitchen would have the age-old rustic cooking which will feature the backyard grill from far west with choice of meats and vegetables and traditional sauces and accompaniments, some fine Italian pasta of your choice, Asian chef tossing some delectable stir fry from his wok, our all-time favourite street food – Chaat, signature Galouti kebab, along with our very own Old Delhi food – the kormas and biryanis.

The desserts would take the centre stage with abundant varieties easter eggs, hot cross buns, cookies, selection of ice creams, warm Belgian waffles, brioche pudding, delectable chocolate delicacies and lip smacking freshly baked tarts, cupcakes and Chef Vivek Reddy`s signature creations.
