Khiladi Akshay was one from Bollywood who travelled to England to cheer the Indian Women’s Cricket Team for the women’s world cup cricket 2017 finals. As the actor cheers, the women team he got bit extra enthusiastic seems, as he holds the "Tiranga" the National flag of India Upside down.

Akshay who shared the picture on SM was caught by fans and was immediately trolled for the mistake, taking a positive cue, the actor asked for the apology. The actor tweeted:” Extending my sincerest apology for violating the code of conduct for the tricolour. Didn't mean to offend anyone, the picture has been removed.” England was crowned as the winner for Women’s World Cup 2017., winning just by nine runs.
