3-4 – Potato, boiled and peeled
1 tsp - Cumin powder, roasted and crushed
½ tsp – Green Chilly, finely chopped
¼ tsp –Black Pepper, crushed
¼ tsp - Red chili powder/lal mirch powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Rock salt or – to taste
Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Peel and dice the potato and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, then add diced potato and fry them on low flame till 4-5 minutes or until crisp.
Take out in a plate and remove excess oil with the help of kitchen paper.
In a bowl add fried potato, green chilli, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper and toss well.
Now add lemon juice, rocksalt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Note : You can avoid oil and directly use boiled potato and mix all ingredients and serve.
