Key Indian equity indices open lower
Mumbai Nov 6 (IANS) The key Indian equity indices on Monday opened lower.
The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) was trading 71.53 points or 0.21 per cent lower soon after opening.
The wider 50-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading 29.50 points or 0.28 per cent lower at 10 423 points.
The Sensex of the BSE which opened at 33 710.15 points was trading at 33 614.03 points (at 9.16 a.m.) lower 71.53 points or 0.21 per cent from Friday s close at 33 685.56 points.
The Sensex touched a high of 33 710.15 points and a low of 33 588.37 points in the trade so far.
