Markets open on a higher note on Wednesday
Mumbai Nov 8 (IANS) The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) on Wednesday opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade.
The Sensex of the BSE after opening at 33 417.35 points touched a high of 33 484.70 points and a low of 33 363.04 points.
The Sensex is trading at 33 464.84 points up by 94.08 points or 0.28 per cent from its Tuesday s close at 33 370.76 points.
On the other hand the broader 51-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 10 361.95 points after closing at 10 350.15 points.
The Nifty is trading at 10 379.85 points in the morning.
