President approves bankruptcy code ordinance
New Delhi Nov 23 (IANS) President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday approved an ordinance to introduce changes to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code informed sources said. The ordinance was approved by the cabinet on Wednesday.
