Markets open on a negative note on Wednesday
Mumbai Dec 6 (IANS) The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) on Wednesday opened on a negative note during the morning session of the trade.
The Sensex of the BSE after opening at 32 798.50 points touched a high of 32 804.75 and a low of 32 702.37 points.
The Sensex is trading at 31 740.12 points down by 62.32 points or 0.19 per cent from its Tuesday s close at 32 802.44 points.
On the other hand the broader 51-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 10 088.80 points after closing at 10 118.25 points.
The Nifty is trading at 10 089.60 points in the morning.
