Key Indian equity indices open flat
Mumbai April 12 (IANS) Key Indian equity indices opened on a flat note on Thursday.
At 9.16 a.m. the wider Nifty50 of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) traded at 10 398.55 points down 18.60 points or 0.18 per cent from the previous close.
The barometer 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) of the BSE which opened at 33 987.55 points traded at 33 961.89 points (9.16 a.m) - up 21.45 points or 0.06 per cent -- from its previous session s close.
The BSE market breadth was bearish with 555 declines and 487 advances.
