New Delhi: State-run Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) on Friday said that it has received an in-principal approval of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) for divestment of 26 per cent of the government stake. The government has communicated in-principal approval of the CCEA for strategic disinvestment of 26 per cent equity shares out of governments shareholding of 54.03 per cent, the public sector undertaking (PSU) said in a BSE filing here.
